Welcome to Dallas Dance Fitness!  Instructors Alana and Michelle were inspired to become fitness instructors after participating in Claudette Brewer's JamZone classes.  We were both high school and college dancers and her class re-ignited our passion for dance.  We have so enjoyed creating our own concept in DDF!


DDF classes focus on jazz and hip-hop choreography-based cardio dance fitness routines.  We challenge our participants with new moves, new routines to the latest hits, and moderate to high levels of cardio intensity.  The mental element of learning new choreography helps keep our brains young, and the phyiscal element of cardio dance (agility, multi-directional movement, varied impact) helps keep our bodies young.  We also integrate at least one toning routine for arms and most weeks we work on a hybrid combination/fitness routine to really challenge ourselves! 


DDF is dance fitness for dancers.  Whether you just love to dance by yourself (or in your car - haha!  I see you!)  or you were a high school, college, or professional dancer, we are the class for you.  Love to dance?  You will LOVE Dallas Dance Fitness!
