Dancing For Relief

The Texas gulf coast was hit recently by Hurricane Harvey that left millions of lives forever transformed. While we hate the devastation it has caused, we are so thankful for the friendships that we have made with those who were temporarily relocated in Dallas and came to Dance with us as they stayed with family and friends!

Here at Dallas Dance Fitness, we held a 90-minute benefit class on Labor Day, raising funds to help the local relief efforts of the North Texas Food Bank. With the help of Alana O'Connell (co-founder of DDF), Kimberly Fillmon-Smith (Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader alum), Amy Berry (Dallas Dance Fitness instructor), Dresha Pemberton (Dallas Dance Fitness instructor) and Kali Drake-Creme (Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader & Dallas Mavericks alum) we raised $3,195!!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated and/or volunteered and got your sweat on with us! This is what it's all about, giving back to those who need it! Check out some pictures from class this past Monday, and while you're at it, go ahead and snag your fall season class pass!

While the adults were dancing, the kiddos were next door preparing their own dance routine to show us to Taylor Swift's 'Look What You Made Me Do"
