Exercise Makes a Difference!
Most of us know how important exercise is, but I was surprised to read only about 20% of adults meet the minimum recommended weekly levels: 2.5 hours of activity at a moderate intensity (such as walking) or 75 minutes at a high intensity (running or dancing ). The health benefits are wonderful of course, but my favorite part of being a regular exerciser is getting to eat more food! According to this graphic - 400 calories extra per day. Yep, I'll take it!
